An Eye to the World, an Eye to the Net
It’s a long time I don’t speak about tracker but the project is not idle!
A lot of new thing is going on and the 0.7+ series looks pretty slick. It’s not packaged for ubuntu yet, but you can compile it from the source.
A very nice Xmas gift will be to write a plugin for referencer to use Tracker as the engine system!
Any takers? 😉
GDebi è un simpatico front-end grafico per dpkg che permette di installare direttamente un .deb una volta che abbiamo questo pacchetto scaricato.
Dopo aver reinstallato la mia ubuntu, eliminando quasi 3 Gb di cose ormai fuori controllo, ho scaricato da getdeb.net referencer
La cosa che mi ha fatto realmente piacere è stato notare che, qualora le dipendenze sono disponibili nei repository, queste vengono automaticamente installate e risolte da Gdebi stesso come avviene con apt.
Quindi il pacchetto è direttamente installato senza troppe pene.
